Nothing Inparticular.

As I’ve said I’m pretty sick, I’m taking medicine to strengthen my lungs. But I’m still totally worn out. I’m cramming in as much vegetables and protein into my meals as possible.

Yesterday I had stir fry, when I cook stir fry I put the wok on a massive heat and I probably have my veg in there for 3-4minutes, so that its just just cooked. Just so that as little nourishment is lost from them as possible. No point in listing what veg I used, I’m sure you can tell. I put in protein sausage things too, and the noodles are carbohydrates so I’d say it was a pretty good balanced meal to have.

I made blueberry crumble today too, it was SO good, and pretty simple too. And obviously, it was packet with fruit. I’ll leave the recipe on here tomorrow.

So I started growing my veggies. The radishes are growing super fast, all the lettuces are shooting up too, no signs of the spring onions just yet, it says they should take around 14 days to even shot. AGES. I haven’t done the sweet corn yet. They are currently in our conservatory, seeing as they’re too small to be put out in the garden yet. But they will be there soon, hopefully the protective dome thing that I bought will protect them from the birds, there is a pair of collared doves that live there, and I’m scared they’ll get a taste for radishes.

I’m watching this program called True Stories; Jesus Camp. Funniest thing ever. God, it actually makes me angry watching things like this, they’re teaching kids that evolution isn’t true, that global warming is a myth. How can it be a myth? Its people like that, that basically rape the planet and don’t give a shit because they think Christ is going to come down and save us. “If you look at creationism you’ll realise it’s the only possible answer to all the questions”. They’re teaching them that science ISN’T real. It’s what’s wrong with the world. George Bush is saying that kids should be taught creationism in school. Yeah, lets just lie to some kids that don’t know any better. I feel so bad that people are brought up and forced into believing shit like this. Off topic.

So, yeah tomorrow; Blueberry Crumble.
